Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 15 working days after receipt of payment and are normally shipped via courier with tracking.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Shipping costs may increase if the total order cannot be delivered together and certain items such as gates and security doors may require special delivery arrangements. Special care will be taken to ensure your item/s arrive safely.

Delivery discount may be available for multiple orders, this will be reflected in the shopping cart. If a delivery fee is not specified at checkout, we will contact you to discuss appropriate arrangements and charges.
